Where Infraredi has the clearer case
The Pro Max 2.0 was $330.95 less at the checked prices. Its stated trial window is longer than BlockBlueLight’s return window, although both have conditions and the customer may bear return costs. Infraredi gives a specific Melbourne shipping claim and delivery estimate, but its purchase area also displayed “Pre-order”; timing needs confirmation.
Where BlockBlueLight has the clearer case
The PowerPanel MAX is slightly taller and presents a broader wavelength list than Infraredi. Its product page states a five-year warranty. The active Class IIa ARTG 517949 public summary names BLOCKBLUELIGHT MAX among seven models and identifies Apexmed Service Pty Ltd as sponsor. The retailer calls this product PowerPanel MAX and cites the same entry; because those model names are not identical, PLT does not overstate the correspondence. ARTG inclusion is not proof of effectiveness. See how to interpret ARTG and other regulatory claims →
The output-data problem
We did not rank irradiance. Infraredi’s current page lists 250 mW/cm² using a solar meter but does not state a measurement distance in the checked table. BlockBlueLight lists 162 mW/cm² at 6 inches with a solar meter and 76 mW/cm² at the same distance with a light spectrometer. Those readings use different instruments and are not a clean cross-brand comparison. Power consumption and LED count are not substitutes for measured optical output.

Which should you choose?
- Start with Infraredi if the lower current Australian price and longer trial window matter most, after confirming pre-order timing.
- Start with BlockBlueLight if the broader wavelength specification and longer product-page warranty matter enough for you to clarify the conflicting warranty information first.
- Choose neither yet if independently comparable output data or PLT hands-on testing is essential to your decision.
